What you will do

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and squads to define and deliver business initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis activities including discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture business needs and cross-functional requirements.
  • Develop current and future state process models to identify impact and opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
  • Support solution delivery, including testing, risk identification, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience within a financial services, risk, or compliance environment.
  • Proven ability working across Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
