What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Owners and squads to define and deliver business initiatives.
- Lead business analysis activities including discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business needs and cross-functional requirements.
- Develop current and future state process models to identify impact and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Support solution delivery, including testing, risk identification, and implementation.
Requirements
- Experience within a financial services, risk, or compliance environment.
- Proven ability working across Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
