What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical and design roles.
- Identify and engage potential candidates using boolean search strings, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit and alignment with the company culture.
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate data within the ATS and sourcing platforms.
- Drive stakeholder education by sharing market insights and training hiring managers on engagement best practices.
- Analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve pipeline strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or Portugal
- Proven global sourcing experience with the ability to quickly understand and navigate different markets.
- Extensive background in high-volume sourcing, preferably within both agency and in-house environments.
- Experience in the crypto industry or working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
- Experience sourcing for private, growth-stage companies (Series A-D).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience organizing or participating in sourcing events, hackathons, and tech meetups.
- Strong interest in the evolution of the financial system and the role of digital assets.
