What you will do

• Manage and coordinate project development teams using defined processes and technical methods.
• Review and maintain the Master Project Schedule and system maturity development plan.
• Report project progress and status to both internal line organizations and external stakeholders.
• Clarify and define technical content for all system work products across engineering disciplines.
• Collect, analyze, and manage stakeholder requirements, ensuring alignment through harmonization.
• Support the resolution of project-specific system-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• 5 years of experience in vehicle electronics, software, or system development, or at least 3 years in Electronic Brake System development.
• Proven experience managing at least one full project development lifecycle.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading international project teams.
• Fluent in Chinese.
