About the Role

You will bridge TradFi risk expertise and on‑chain protocol mechanics to enable institutional integrations. You will advise integrators on risk frameworks, translate complex DeFi behaviors into TradFi terms, run independent analyses with SQL/Python/Dune, and build dashboards and queries that surface key risk metrics. You will educate colleagues on TradFi standards, identify data gaps and edge cases, and become the go‑to resource for questions about liquidations, curator behavior, and on‑chain risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of TradFi experience in trading, risk management, or quantitative research in front‑office roles
• Hands‑on quantitative skills using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
• Professional DeFi/crypto experience preferred or deep personal DeFi experience
• Ability to explain MEV, use DeFi protocols and self‑custody wallets, and use analytics platforms like Dune
• Demonstrated ability to manage disagreements about risk and develop risk frameworks
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in both DeFi and TradFi

Responsibilities

• Advise TradFi integrators on risk management frameworks
• Translate complex DeFi mechanisms into TradFi frameworks
• Execute independent data analysis using SQL, Python, or Dune
• Build and maintain dashboards and queries that surface key risk metrics
• Develop deep expertise in protocol architecture and the risk model
• Educate DeFi colleagues on TradFi conventions and standards
• Identify data gaps and edge cases in integration scenarios
