Location: Must be based in or have legal authorization to work in Larnaca, Cyprus. Hybrid work model (up to 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Collect and consolidate quantitative and qualitative customer data from various departments including Product, BI, and Marketing.
• Develop and implement a new Voice of the Customer survey across multiple geographies.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database combining diverse data streams.
• Identify and define customer segments and personas based on behavior and demographics.
• Extract strategic insights to influence the product development roadmap.
• Present actionable findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, customer insights, or a commercial role within fintech.
• Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
• Strong analytical ability and experience working with complex datasets.
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• BA/BSc degree in a quantitative field.
