What you will do

• Partner with Sales, KYC, Legal, and Client Experience teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain sales pipeline integrity and manage the timely execution of client-specific contracts.
• Perform meticulous due diligence on new accounts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a primary stakeholder in project work involving core CRM and internal data system integrations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for tracking operational tasks and departmental processes.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process optimization across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience managing CRM systems such as Salesforce to maintain data integrity.
• Solid understanding of client life-cycles within the financial services industry.
• Foundational knowledge of legal contracts and complex client structures.
• Baseline understanding of cryptocurrency and a proactive curiosity to expand knowledge in this space.
