What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and manage diverse risk exposures including market, liquidity, and operational risks.
• Develop and maintain risk management infrastructure, tools, and reporting processes.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new products, services, and business initiatives.
• Prepare regular risk reports highlighting exposures, emerging threats, and policy breaches.
• Promote risk awareness across the organization through training and advisory support.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry standards to ensure framework effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, finance, audit, or related functions.
• Strong familiarity with risk frameworks including BSP regulations, ISO, COSO, and Basel II/III.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial issues and produce clear, actionable reports.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for handling multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement with senior management and stakeholders.
