What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor and partnership contracts, including negotiation, execution, and implementation.
• Provide legal guidance on privacy, trademark, and data requirements while supporting commercial and trading legal teams.
• Collaborate with Global Lead Counsel to ensure high-quality, scalable legal outputs for the vendor contracting function.
• Actively drive the vendor management process and advise internal stakeholders on contractual standards.
• Participate in hiring and cross-functional projects to promote legal operational excellence.
• Ensure agreements protect the organization from legal and reputational risk while maintaining a commercially friendly posture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven conceptual knowledge and understanding of complex contractual negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor, partnership, and commercial agreements.
• Ability to work autonomously and define priorities with minimal daily instruction.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills for complex legal issues.
