What you will do

• Manage complex data subject rights requests, including access, deletion, and opt-out inquiries.
• Lead technology integration for privacy operations, including applying AI-driven solutions and prompt engineering.
• Design and maintain operational controls to ensure effectiveness of the global privacy program.
• Advise business stakeholders on risk-based privacy considerations and support Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and manage data subject complaints to ensure consistent outcomes.
• Maintain the privacy documentation framework, including Records of Processing Activities and policy templates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in privacy operations or a related data protection role.
• Strong working knowledge of GDPR and familiarity with frameworks like CCPA/CPRA and PIPEDA.
• Proven ability to design and scale operational workflows, dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a technology or financial services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Academic background in law, computer science, or information systems.
• Professional privacy certifications such as CIPM, CIPT, or CIPP/E.
