What you will do

• Lead legal reviews for new features on the protocol and payment platforms.
• Draft and negotiate diverse commercial agreements including partner integrations and vendor MSAs.
• Manage user-facing terms and ensure compliance with global financial promotion regulations like SEC, CFTC, and MiCA.
• Oversee day-to-day employment matters including immigration, employee, and contractor agreements.
• Navigate regulatory nuances of non-custodial architecture and L2 migrations across various jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 4–5 years PQE in a top-tier law firm or in-house fintech/crypto role.
• Strong understanding of on-chain operations and ability to navigate block explorers.
• Expertise in differentiating between liquid staking and traditional financial deposits for regulatory purposes.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume commercial drafting and negotiation autonomously.
• A solutions-oriented builder mindset capable of operating within regulatory ambiguity.
