Location: Hybrid (Lithuania, Germany, Netherlands). Must be based in Europe.

Salary: €6,542 - €8,842 gross per month.

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services for Help Center flows, FAQs, and knowledge delivery.
• Lead technical design for complex backend features ensuring reliability and observability.
• Evolve the Self-Help platform architecture while balancing experimentation and system health.
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team across Lithuania, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Improve help content discoverability through semantic, context-aware discovery systems.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to an engineering culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong hands-on experience in Go or equivalent backend development.
• Deep understanding of backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Ability to make pragmatic design decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
• Experience in leading technical designs and mentoring team members.
• Well-organized approach to managing complex work and ambiguous problems.
