What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and high-performance APIs.
• Build and optimize data storage solutions using Postgres, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, data scientists, and ML experts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems.
• Analyze and improve system architecture, focusing on performance bottlenecks and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in database design and system architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go.
• Deep hands-on experience with ClickHouse or similar columnar databases.
• Proficiency with Elasticsearch for large-scale indexing and searching.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance tuning and complex query optimization.
• Strong background in data modeling.
