What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce CRM and interconnected enterprise systems.
• Lead complex integrations across CPQ, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.
• Partner with business leaders to translate enterprise needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
• Drive system roadmaps, standards, and best practices across the GTM ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of CRM managers and individual contributors.
• Oversee large-scale testing strategies, deployments, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems or CRM platforms.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and GTM tech ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls.
