What you will do

• Redesign the end-to-end SDLC to streamline the transition from local development to production.
• Architect robust testing infrastructure to enable product teams to own component-level quality.
• Lead the integration of GenAI and agentic workflows to automate routine engineering tasks and debugging.
• Define and track system health and productivity metrics to identify bottlenecks and address technical debt.
• Collaborate across product engineering teams to drive standardization in pipelines and environment strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States due to U.S. export control compliance.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture or lead engineering roles.
• Strong background in building and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to define developer platform strategy and improve engineering productivity.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, microservices, and modern deployment strategies.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Kubernetes deployment strategies (canary, blue-green).
• Proficiency with GitOps methodologies and tools like ArgoCD.
• Experience with advanced build tooling such as Gradle or Bazel.
