What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by responding to inbound marketing leads.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to uncover new business in strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute prospecting plans.
  • Manage small deals and renewals for assigned territories.
  • Assess prospect business environments to effectively communicate the value of hirify.global solutions.
  • Maintain high activity levels including consistent daily outreach.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B enterprise software telesales or business development.
  • Proven history of managing large territories and high lead volumes.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling expertise.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive-level engagement.
  • Ability to conduct effective account mapping and strategy development.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

  • College degree.
  • Prior experience selling Business Intelligence or Analytics software.
