Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Compensation: $184,000–$235,000 OTE (Base $138,000–$176,250)

What you will do
- Mentor and develop Customer Success Managers through performance observation and structured learning plans.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive customer engagement, training, and team collaboration.
- Guide the team in forecasting retention, measuring adoption targets, and capturing customer value stories.
- Ensure proactive definition and execution of account-specific success plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CX, and GTM teams to align with corporate goals.
- Oversee strategic engagements and business reviews to ensure consistent value realization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of professional management experience.
- 4+ years of experience in technical implementations, sales engineering, or analytics consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in Strategic Customer Success management.
- Proven ability to manage complex selling situations involving multi-level organizational stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
