What you will do

• Act as the primary technical lead for transaction monitoring implementations with new clients.
• Design technical architectures, perform API integrations, and guide rule-building processes.
• Manage data ingestion pipelines and conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability.
• Serve as the technical liaison between product/engineering teams and professional services.
• Provide expert technical mentorship to other solutions architects on the team.
• Support production launches and ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supporting complex technical products in a client-facing, post-sales role.
• Strong background working with banking platforms, payment processors, or similar financial technology.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, data manipulation, and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills.
• Must be based in the US or open to working within US time zones.

• Professional experience with Python and SQL.
• Prior experience in software development.
