What you will do
- Act as the primary technical lead for transaction monitoring implementations with new clients.
- Design technical architectures, perform API integrations, and guide rule-building processes.
- Manage data ingestion pipelines and conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability.
- Serve as the technical liaison between product/engineering teams and professional services.
- Provide expert technical mentorship to other solutions architects on the team.
- Support production launches and ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supporting complex technical products in a client-facing, post-sales role.
- Strong background working with banking platforms, payment processors, or similar financial technology.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, data manipulation, and ETL processes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills.
- Must be based in the US or open to working within US time zones.

- Professional experience with Python and SQL.
