TL;DR
Site Reliability Engineer (InsurTech): Building and evolving robust, scalable cloud infrastructure for a high-performance insurance pricing platform with an accent on compute optimization, observability, and CI/CD automation. Location: Must be based in France or the Schengen area (or possess a valid work permit). The role is hybrid with the expectation to work from the Paris office occasionally.

What you will do
- Contribute to the strategy and execution of cloud foundations, ensuring platform scalability, security, and resilience.
- Modernize CI/CD pipelines, development environment automations, and infrastructure code management.
- Enhance observability through metrics, logs, and tracing to improve incident response.
- Participate in sustainable on-call rotations supported by automation and runbooks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across Europe and Japan to deliver robust infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-native environments.
- Proven background in software engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Rust.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for cross-continental collaboration.
- Valid work authorization for France or the Schengen area.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Familiarity with GitHub automation workflows.
- Comfort adopting AI-assisted development tools.
