TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes/GitOps): Building and maintaining scalable developer platforms and infrastructure for a privacy-focused ecosystem with an accent on CI/CD orchestration, GitOps workflows, and supply chain security. Focus on solving complex infrastructure challenges across network, application, and system layers to support hundreds of engineers.
Location: Onsite in Paris or Vilnius
Salary: €46,100–€60,000 (Vilnius range)

What you will do
- Scale CI/CD infrastructure managing tens of thousands of daily jobs through effective capacity planning and architectural improvements.
- Advance GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to manage cluster states across diverse environments.
- Enhance supply chain security by implementing and scaling SAST and artifact attestation practices.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across network, application, and system levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to document processes and maintain reliable developer tooling.
Requirements
- Senior-level Kubernetes experience, specifically with tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI.
- Proven experience with GitOps practices and ArgoCD.
- Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Rust for building infrastructure tooling.
- Practical knowledge of configuration management using Ansible or Terraform.
- Security-first mindset with experience in DevSecOps or supply chain security.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes cluster architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
