What you will do

• Build and maintain systematic Kubernetes workflows for product deployment in client-side and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support POCs, demos, and production onboarding.
• Act as the first line of support for customer escalations, including troubleshooting bugs and assisting during critical events.
• Coordinate with Technical and Commercial staff to align product development with enterprise customer requirements.
• Manage complex GPU infrastructure and perform scaling operations for high-volume storage systems.
• Administer hybrid and bare-metal architectures, focusing on Linux networking and infrastructure security.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or Technical Support.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and related ecosystems like Helm and ArgoCD.
• Expertise in networking protocols, proxy configuration, WAFs, and identity federation (OIDC, SSO).
• Solid operational experience with Postgres databases and Linux system hardening.
• Experience in high-pressure roles such as on-call support or managing high-uptime SLA services.
• Ability to engage directly with Fortune-500 customers for architectural discussions and incident troubleshooting.

• Professional software development experience using Rust.
• Previous background working in early-stage startup environments.
