What you will do
- Assist insurance clients with technical actuarial queries and platform usage.
- Collaborate with internal Actuarial and Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive platform adoption and identify growth opportunities.
- Onboard new clients through structured training and project support.
- Provide actionable feedback to the Product team to guide feature development.
- Create internal knowledge bases to improve documentation and self-service capabilities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (ideally in Actuarial Science).
- Looking for an end-of-studies apprenticeship (Master 2) starting September 2026.
- Strong understanding of actuarial models, insurance data, and predictive modeling techniques (GLM, GBMs).
- Proficiency in English (Spanish is a strong plus).
- Must possess valid work authorization for Paris (French/Schengen area nationality or valid carte de séjour).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in insurance pricing.
- Fluency in Spanish.
