What you will do
- Identify member needs and provide clear, compliant guidance on pension consolidation and retirement options.
- Build strong relationships and trust with members to ensure informed decision-making.
- Contribute to revenue targets by supporting upselling and facilitating effective pension transfers.
- Handle member cases to ensure positive retirement outcomes while meeting SLA and performance targets.
- Collaborate with broader guidance services to provide a seamless member experience.
- Triage complex issues and deliver high-quality support consistent with the company's service standards.
Requirements
- UK residency and ability to work in London (hybrid role).
- Strong understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements.
- Knowledge of UK pension legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Working knowledge of pension allowances and taxation at retirement.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to explain technical retirement options simply.
- Experience in pension administration or contact center operations.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Paraplanner.
- Professional qualifications such as FA2 or similar CII retirement-related accreditations.
- Exposure to high-value pension pots and sophisticated client management.
