What you will do

• Design robust end-to-end IoT and edge software architectures.
• Lead technical discussions, estimations, and architectural reviews.
• Mentor engineering team members and improve development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including delivery managers and pre-sales.
• Support product evolution by performing design and code reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in C++ development
• Strong expertise in Linux internals and embedded edge environments
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization workflows
• Knowledge of computer vision, industrial IoT (Industry 4.0), and networking protocols (MQTT, DDS, CAN, TCP/IP)
• Proven experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams (3-7 engineers)
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Practical experience with IoT cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
