What you will do

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define integration strategies connecting business systems with vendor platforms and cloud-native services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into architectural roadmaps.
• Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership for Worksite applications and platforms.
• Design robust data models and governance frameworks for financial and actuarial analysis.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers while fostering operational excellence and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in technology roles, including 8+ years in solution architecture.
• Deep experience with design across frontend, backend, data, and integration layers.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS architecture, microservices, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka) and API design (REST, SOAP, JSON).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial analytics.
• Knowledge and practical experience implementing Artificial Intelligence in business domains.
• Background in modernizing legacy, batch-oriented back-office systems.
