What you will do

  • Design and maintain incentive plans for Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams.
  • Manage quarterly bonus calculation processes and coordinate cross-functional validation.
  • Develop KPI structures and build methodologies for setting sales targets.
  • Oversee debt collection governance and ensure SOX compliance.
  • Create compensation documentation and maintain the sales excellence portal.
  • Implement revenue tracking methods and KPI dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven track record in managing sales incentive programs and KPI frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools for financial modeling.
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, Sales leadership, and HR teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM and BI dashboarding tools.
  • Understanding of SOX compliant processes is highly valued.

Nice to have

  • Background in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
  • Experience designing end-to-end sales compensation plans.
