What you will do

• Develop automation to manage and maintain end-user compute devices.
• Support system administration across macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Implement and maintain code-as-infrastructure workflows using GitOps.
• Collaborate with global support teams as an engineering escalation point.
• Draft technical documentation and knowledge base articles for internal systems.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve fleet management processes.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
• Pursuing a relevant degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Fundamental understanding of operating systems and core computer science concepts.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Menlo Park, CA.
