What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships across product, sales, support, and services teams.
- Manage multiple projects with varied deliverables and deadlines.
- Gather and document customer feedback to relay to internal departments.
- Build a deep technical understanding of wired and wireless networking solutions.
- Apply AI-assisted workflows to technical analysis and problem solving.
- Present project findings directly to management and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Must reside in North America.
- Must be bilingual in English and Japanese, or English and Korean.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Applied Analytics.
- At least 18 months remaining before graduation.
- General understanding of networking technology.
- Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
