What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships across product, sales, support, and services teams.
• Manage multiple projects with varied deliverables and deadlines.
• Gather and document customer feedback to relay to internal departments.
• Build a deep technical understanding of wired and wireless networking solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to technical analysis and problem solving.
• Present project findings directly to management and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must reside in North America.
• Must be bilingual in English and Japanese, or English and Korean.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Applied Analytics.
• At least 18 months remaining before graduation.
• General understanding of networking technology.
• Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
