Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for application-related issues, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues across IIS-hosted applications, Azure infrastructure, and AKS-based workloads.
• Monitor and support Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) clusters, deployments, and services.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and releases.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to resolve production issues and improve system stability.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with IIS-hosted applications.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Practical experience with AKS / Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong background in DevOps and IT Administration practices, including CI/CD implementation.
• Proficiency in Networking & Protocols, ensuring effective communication and system connectivity.
• Solid understanding of Windows & Server Management, with experience managing enterprise-level environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with federal regulations or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA).
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or similar).
