What you will do

• Scale and maintain auto-scaling microservices for massive web and app audiences.
• Drive system design and architectural decisions in autonomous Agile squads.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct rigorous peer reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize the product experience.
• Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Work with Golang, AWS, GCP, gRPC, Kafka, Postgres, and GraphQL.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Golang and high-quality API development.
• Strong proficiency in AWS/GCP and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• A solid understanding of software architecture and microservices.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on security and performance.
• A passion for mentoring and influencing technical direction.
• A "test-first" approach to building robust, maintainable systems.
