What you will do

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support the investment solutions and ETF business.
• Execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches and high-impact campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to create marketing materials for models and SMAs.
• Manage sponsorship strategy, in-field initiatives, and event execution for key partner firms.
• Measure and report on marketing impact, optimizing campaigns to drive MROI and business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional leadership, distribution teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing within a leading financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry, products, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing models and SMAs.
• Strong background in product and digital marketing with knowledge of B2B martech.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience in matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
