What you will do

• Assist in the implementation of hirify.global's Claim Source revenue cycle management system.
• Review internal processes and recommend changes to improve systems efficiency, automation, and effectiveness.
• Document complex solutions to internal and external clients.
• Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned jobs and provide technical support.
• Analyze customer data, including performing optimizations and edit reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to define process requirements for projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• 4+ years hospital or clinic billing experience.
• 4+ years' experience with host system implementations, installations, migrations (Epic, Cerner are a plus).
• 4+ years' experience with ICD10 diagnosis and procedure codes, CPT-4 codes, 837 format and UB04/1500/ADA paper forms within the medical billing process.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
