What you will do
- Direct large, complex monitoring and evaluation projects for federal health programs, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Design monitoring frameworks, performance metrics, and analytic strategies for CMS/CMMI initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on alternative payment models and value-based care policy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to link monitoring indicators with administrative and claims data.
- Lead proposal development and business cultivation for federal health implementation and research contracts.
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-career staff to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (visa sponsorship not available).
- Ph.D. with 7+ years or Master’s degree with 11+ years of relevant experience in health services research or economics.
- Minimum of 5 years of project or task leadership experience on large-scale research or implementation projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare payment policy, Medicaid, or Medicare Advantage.
- Proven track record of success in contributing to winning business with CMS or other HHS agencies.
- Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid claims or other large-scale public health datasets.
