What you will do

• Direct large, complex monitoring and evaluation projects for federal health programs, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Design monitoring frameworks, performance metrics, and analytic strategies for CMS/CMMI initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on alternative payment models and value-based care policy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to link monitoring indicators with administrative and claims data.
• Lead proposal development and business cultivation for federal health implementation and research contracts.
• Coach and mentor junior and mid-career staff to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (visa sponsorship not available).
• Ph.D. with 7+ years or Master’s degree with 11+ years of relevant experience in health services research or economics.
• Minimum of 5 years of project or task leadership experience on large-scale research or implementation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare payment policy, Medicaid, or Medicare Advantage.
• Proven track record of success in contributing to winning business with CMS or other HHS agencies.
• Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid claims or other large-scale public health datasets.
