What you will do

• Write high-performing, conversion-focused copy across email, paid media, landing pages, and on-platform experiences.
• Develop messaging that drives measurable outcomes, including subscriptions, engagement, and revenue.
• Concept campaign angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks that capture attention and differentiate initiatives.
• Own email and lifecycle marketing copy across acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to create and optimize paid media copy based on performance data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and growth teams to align on strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Experience writing direct response copy, such as fundraising, political, advocacy, or subscription-based marketing.
• Proven ability to write copy that drives measurable conversion outcomes.
• Strong ability to write in multiple voices and adapt tone without inserting personal style or bias.
• Deep understanding of email marketing, paid media, and performance-driven messaging.
