TL;DR

Recruiting Coordination Lead: Owning end-to-end candidate experience and building scalable recruiting infrastructure with an accent on operational excellence and team leadership. Focus on designing systems, playbooks, and processes that allow the recruiting function to scale while maintaining a high-touch, human-centric candidate experience.

Location: Must work in-person five days a week in San Francisco

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of recruiting coordinators to maintain high standards of candidate experience.
  • Design and implement scalable processes, playbooks, and templates for the coordination function.
  • Define and track key operational metrics such as time-to-schedule and interviewer load balancing.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex scheduling and operational issues.
  • Partner with recruiting leadership and hiring managers to optimize interview processes and ensure team capacity.
  • Set the strategic vision for the candidate journey from first outreach through the offer stage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring others in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Ability to think in systems and solve root causes for operational inefficiencies.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity with imperfect information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Ashby recruiting software.
  • Passion for leveraging and optimizing recruiting technology.
