What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and performance challenges within Fraud and Financial Crime operations.
• Design and develop learner-centric training programs across classroom, virtual, and e-learning channels.
• Lead inductions and specialized training sessions for Operations teams in the Manchester office.
• Translate complex policy and regulatory requirements into practical, scenario-based learning materials.
• Coach Team Leaders on embedding Fraud and Financial Crime standards into daily operational workflows.
• Measure training effectiveness using QA results and performance indicators based on the Kirkpatrick methodology.

Requirements

• Strong experience within Fraud and/or Financial Crime operations with developed investigative skills.
• Understanding of AML frameworks, sanctions requirements, and fraud typologies.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or briefings to operational teams.
• Ability to translate complex policy into clear, operationally relevant guidance.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work from the Manchester office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Formal L&D or training certification.
• Familiarity with learning methodologies like ADDIE, SAM, or 5Di.
• Professional certification such as ICA or ACAMS.
• Experience managing LMS platforms.
