TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Manchester and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and performance challenges through comprehensive training needs analysis.
- Design and develop engaging, audit-ready training modules for classroom, virtual, and e-learning delivery.
- Lead inductions and facilitate specialised training sessions for customer-facing operational teams.
- Coach team leaders to reinforce best practices and embed learning into day-to-day operations.
- Measure training effectiveness using QA results, performance metrics, and the Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology.
- Manage end-to-end training projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in delivering training to teams within an operational or highly regulated environment.
- Ability to work from the Manchester office at least 3 days per week.
- Proficiency in learning and development methodologies and adult learning theory.
- Experience designing training solutions across various delivery channels.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating complex discussions.
