TL;DR

Training Associate (Operations/Fintech): Designing and delivering training programs for operations teams with an accent on regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and performance improvement. Focus on conducting training needs analyses, developing learner-centric materials across multiple channels, and measuring impact on operational KPIs.

Location: Must be based in Manchester and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and performance challenges through comprehensive training needs analysis.
  • Design and develop engaging, audit-ready training modules for classroom, virtual, and e-learning delivery.
  • Lead inductions and facilitate specialised training sessions for customer-facing operational teams.
  • Coach team leaders to reinforce best practices and embed learning into day-to-day operations.
  • Measure training effectiveness using QA results, performance metrics, and the Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology.
  • Manage end-to-end training projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in delivering training to teams within an operational or highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to work from the Manchester office at least 3 days per week.
  • Proficiency in learning and development methodologies and adult learning theory.
  • Experience designing training solutions across various delivery channels.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating complex discussions.
