Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end learning paths and measure training ROI.
• Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and create engaging e-learning modules.
• Utilize AI tools for scalable, high-quality video and content production.
• Conduct interactive in-person and remote workshops and data-driven coaching sessions.
• Build and cultivate a centralized Knowledge Base for the entire organization.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Product, and Retail teams to unify product knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing training programs and managing LMS platforms.
• Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
• Proficiency in utilizing AI assistants for content creation.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
• Ability to work in the Warsaw office 3 days a week.
• Proven capability to build and scale processes in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in German (C1).
• Experience in a scale-up or furniture/design-tech industry.
