What you will do

• Design end-to-end learning experiences across workshops, webinars, and keynote events.
• Translate coaching and behavioral science concepts into actionable learning objectives and narratives.
• Apply instructional design principles to structure scalable and effective learning journeys.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn blueprints into engaging, facilitated formats.
• Leverage AI tools in the design workflow for ideation, iteration, and development.
• Adapt content to meet the specific needs of diverse client audiences while maintaining core intent.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to commute for 3 days of office attendance per week.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Strong working knowledge of psychological principles and behavior change frameworks.
• Proven ability to turn complex ideas into practical, usable learning content.
• AI literacy with experience using tools to enhance design output.
• Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams including Marketing and Events.

Nice to have

• Background in occupational psychology or behavioral science.
• Experience designing specifically for leadership development or human skills programs.
