• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Background in incident management, problem management, DevOps, or technical project management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to unstructured environments.
• Comfortable making decisions under pressure.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

• Experience leading incident response projects or major incident workstreams.
