Salary: $130K – $160K

What you will do

• Manage brand design projects end-to-end, ensuring work stays on track and within scope.
• Oversee engagements between internal teams and external agency partners, aligning on scope and budget, resourcing, feedback, and timelines.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies to stakeholders and team members.
• Support strong creative outcomes by helping maintain consistency and quality across design deliverables.
• Partner closely with Head of Brand Design to assess team bandwidth and project assignments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a design agency or in-house creative team environment.
• The ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams while keeping stakeholders aligned, and representing design in conversations as needed.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity; able to bring structure to projects, set clear goals, help align feedback and adapt plans as needed to drive delivery.
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to triage issues and focus on what matters most.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Slack and Google Drive.

Nice to have

• Experience with website production, event-related work or working with Superside is a plus
