TL;DR

Service Desk Engineer: Delivering 24/7 technical support and cloud operations for large-scale enterprise projects with an accent on complex troubleshooting and collaborative incident management. Focus on maintaining high-quality client service, driving technical resolution within a 24/7 shift rotation, and continuous professional development.

Location: Must be based in Leeds, UK. The role is based onsite in our Leeds city centre facility.

What you will do

  • Provide 24/7 technical support within a structured shift rotation to ensure service continuity.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Operations and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical incidents.
  • Plan, organize, and accurately report task progress and system issues.
  • Engage in proactive troubleshooting to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
  • Identify areas for personal development and actively participate in skill-building initiatives.
  • Travel across the UK as required for project-specific needs.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must be able to attain UK Security Clearance.
  • Proven technical ability gained through professional IT experience or significant personal projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK for project delivery.

Nice to have

  • Azure Fundamentals or AWS Practitioner certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation or similar methodology certifications.
  • Relevant IT-related university diploma or college qualification.
