What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot networks.
• Translate customer requirements into accurate configurations, diagrams, and instructions.
• Provide technical escalation support for complex issues.
• Provide remote support to onsite engineers during solution deployment.
• Actively support and implement efficient ways of working and cost reduction.
• Work effectively with customers and other parts of BT during production and delivery.

Requirements

• Existing, or ability to gain, Government Security Clearance and NPPV3.
• Minimum 5 years UK working history.
• Network design, configuration, and implementation skills/accreditations.
• Experience troubleshooting customer network deployments.
• Familiarity with vendors including Cisco, Fortinet, Draytek, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Aruba.
• Proactive continual learning and development.

Nice to have

• Cisco CCNP and any other vendor accreditations.
• Evidence of testing and troubleshooting.
• Evidence of taking ownership of delivering project work packages.
