What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and debug software for aircraft and simulation systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated CI/CD build pipelines.
• Support virtual development labs and aircraft software lifecycle processes.
• Design automation infrastructure using open-source and in-house tooling.
• Participate in daily scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demonstrations.
• Work a specific off-hours schedule (Wednesday–Saturday or Thursday–Sunday).

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a Secret government security clearance.
• Professional experience in software development or automated testing.
• Proficiency in C++ debugging.
• Experience with Python development.
• Experience developing software on Linux.
• Ability to work onsite at the Fort Worth facility as required by the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of real-time software integration or Open Mission Systems.
• Familiarity with aircraft sensors, navigation, or weapon systems.
