Location: Must be based in eastern Canada and able to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Compensation: $125,000–$135,000 CAD

What you will do

• Ensure design and research teams have the necessary tools, training, and documentation to succeed.
• Build and maintain design programs by analyzing metrics from Jira to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Influence design and product teams to optimize processes such as sprints and visual quality assurance.
• Facilitate team communication and collaboration to minimize feedback loops and maintain production timelines.
• Manage sprint ceremony calendars and agendas.
• Create playbooks and documentation to standardize alignment and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in eastern Canada and able to work EST hours.
• At least 3 years of industry experience on a creative team within a matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of how design, product, and engineering teams collaborate in an agile process.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in scaling programs and design methods.
• Expertise in collaboration software including Jira, Monday, Miro, and Figma.
