Location: Remote within the US or Canada (excluding Quebec). Candidates based in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto are expected to be in-office at least two days per week for Anchor Days.

Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle of the core case management product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ship and launch high-impact features.
• Research user needs and synthesize business requirements to drive product strategy.
• Transform complex, legacy form-heavy experiences into intuitive, efficient workspaces.
• Implement automation and onboarding solutions to drive product-led growth and user adoption.
• Use data and qualitative research to prioritize tasks and measure feature impact.

Requirements

• Legal background: Must be a practicing or former lawyer, attorney, or professional with significant legal tech experience.
• Proven track record in SaaS product management, ideally with B2B productivity or workflow tools.
• Experience shipping mission-critical products and iterating based on user feedback.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and managing product requirements from end to end.
• Located in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven automation.
• MBA or related advanced degree.
