TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (LegalTech): Leading the core case management portfolio for a global legal AI platform with an accent on simplifying legacy workflows and driving product-led growth through automation. Focus on synthesizing business requirements, designing intuitive user experiences, and scaling mission-critical features to improve legal service accessibility.
Location: Remote within the US or Canada (excluding Quebec). Candidates based in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto are expected to be in-office at least two days per week for Anchor Days.
Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do
- Own the roadmap and lifecycle of the core case management product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ship and launch high-impact features.
- Research user needs and synthesize business requirements to drive product strategy.
- Transform complex, legacy form-heavy experiences into intuitive, efficient workspaces.
- Implement automation and onboarding solutions to drive product-led growth and user adoption.
- Use data and qualitative research to prioritize tasks and measure feature impact.
Requirements
- Legal background: Must be a practicing or former lawyer, attorney, or professional with significant legal tech experience.
- Proven track record in SaaS product management, ideally with B2B productivity or workflow tools.
- Experience shipping mission-critical products and iterating based on user feedback.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and managing product requirements from end to end.
- Located in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec).

- Familiarity with AI-driven automation.
- MBA or related advanced degree.
