Salary: $78,000–$195,000 USD

What you will do

• Train and optimize AI chatbots using real-world conversation datasets.
• Clean and structure text data to enhance machine learning model performance.
• Design and implement A/B testing to evaluate and refine virtual agent effectiveness.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and designers to deliver AI solutions.
• Partner with customers to gather requirements and communicate project roadmaps.
• Explore and integrate emerging AI and NLP techniques into existing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Conversational AI systems and Python.
• Proven experience with chatbot platforms, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
• Strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals, statistics, and model evaluation.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing role with effective communication skills.

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or consulting role.
