What you will do

• Create intuitive and visually appealing B2C and B2B SaaS interfaces and mobile applications.
• Own the Discovery phase by conducting user research, interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
• Develop comprehensive design artifacts including screen maps, personas, and customer journey maps.
• Build and maintain advanced design systems in Figma and create interactive prototypes.
• Advocate for user-centric design within cross-functional teams and collaborate with developers on technical implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and support pre-sales activities with budget and timing estimations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX experience with a user-centered approach.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery and research phases including design sprints and usability testing.
• Expertise in Figma for design systems and complex prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3-5 real-world cases with a clear problem-to-result workflow.
• Location: Must be based in Poland
• English: Minimum Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level

Nice to have

• Experience in the IT solutions or software licensing domain.
• Foundational knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in pre-sale activities and client-facing workshops.
