Experienced Product Designer - Design System (m/f/n)

Location: Hybrid role based in Prague, Brno, Krakow, Košice, or Bratislava

Salary: From €3,700 gross/month in Bratislava; PLN 17,000–21,500 gross/month in Krakow. Performance bonuses are paid twice a year.

What you will do

• Lead defined areas of the Design System and content guidelines.
• Design and refine scalable components, tokens, patterns, and usage examples.
• Drive Design System adoption and advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, usability, and consistency.
• Validate design decisions through usability testing and data insights.
• Bridge design and development with precise implementation details and technical feasibility considerations.
• Coordinate and mentor junior designers while contributing to planning, critiques, reviews, and UX activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital products and Design Systems.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Education in UX, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand technical topics and explain complex concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design tokens and multi-brand or theming systems.
• Experience with B2B environments or complex platforms.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
• Prototyping skills.
• Curiosity about AI tools for optimizing Design System workflows.
