• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse engineering and business positions.
• Partner with hiring managers from initial requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract top-tier talent.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and community meetups to expand the professional network.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for specialized roles.

Требования

• 3+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing strategies and building high-quality talent pipelines.
• Ability to partner effectively with leadership and hiring managers across various seniority levels.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English (B2 level required).
• Russian language skills are a plus.
