- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse engineering and business positions.
- Partner with hiring managers from initial requisition to candidate onboarding, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract top-tier talent.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and community meetups to expand the professional network.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for specialized roles.
Требования
- 3+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies and building high-quality talent pipelines.
- Ability to partner effectively with leadership and hiring managers across various seniority levels.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in English (B2 level required).
- Russian language skills are a plus.
