What you will do
- Partner with Channel and Field Sales teams to convey technical strategy and product value.
- Lead technical engagements to drive deal progression and close partner opportunities.
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and hands-on enablement sessions.
- Expand the reach of Grafana Partner University across various partner personas.
- Provide product and competitive feedback to internal teams to improve the LGTM stack.
- Support partner selling motions including Sell-To, Embedded, and PoweredBy models.
Requirements
- Must be located in the US.
- 6+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture within the observability space.
- Strong experience selling SaaS software.
- Proven use of MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating in remote, global teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support partner engagements.
Nice to have
- Background in OSS-first companies.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Understanding of cloud-native tooling and Kubernetes deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Math, or equivalent experience.
